Basketball Team Loses Again! To Bradley!!!!

Our mid-major head coach just got outcoached by Jim Les...freaking Jim Les...a real mid-major coach. Can't wait for the dorky white guys who live south of Interstate 80 to make excuses for this one! The current state of Illinois athletics under Ron Guenther: BLEAK.

It is spelled "insightful." Even an idiot like Ron Guether (or should I say Warren Carter) knows that.

Since you didn't ask for clarification and you didn't dispute my post, I'll take that to mean that you understand and agree. Which is more than I can say about any post involving you and mathematical calculations.

Which brings me to my next point. Do you ever post anything that contains any facts that would lead to a logical conclusion? Or is everything just one superfulous liners which serve no purpose?

Just checking, as I'm pretty sure I can answer this question based on your record as a lawyer.

"Our mid-major head coach"

Biggest comeback in Illinois BB history on the road against an ACC opponent.....coached by our "mid major head coach" Looks like FRG is, once again, not making a point!

The Utah & Bradley losses are going to look real bad in March, better hope UI is not on the bubble.

Way to get excited about your team making a big come back, on the road, in a big tournament, agains a rated team! Or is it your team?

This is expected to be a roller coaster season with two freshman playing heavy minutes. We'll probably beat some more Clemsons and we'll probably lose to a few more Bradleys.

The only way you can pin that on RG is if you think he's responsible for the team not having a skilled Jr/Sr G or a 2nd capable PG (like Scheyer, Collins, Trevon Hughes, etc.) and BW's unbalanced recruiting and his horrible '06 recruiting year are harming us now.

Plausible, but I think that's a bit of a stretch and that we should be happy with the basketball team we have. Under BW, the freshman are going to develop and the committee is likely going to see we improved over the course of the year. We're going to be very competitive is the best league in the country and should get a 6-seed or higher in March.

Kevin, you do have a brain! It appears you don't have an issue with giving the AD some credit when it's obvious he hired a VG BB coach.

However, frg is still an idiot! He is such a zealot in his hatred of RG that he can't admit Weber was a good hire. This makes it difficult for him to celebrate a GREAT Illini win like the Clemson.

Hope frg enjoys being in that little box he built for himself.
