It's time for a change.
It would be nice, in these financially difficult times, if we would stop giving Zook and Weber increases to protect us from losing them to all the schools that have absolutely no interest in them. How nice it would be if some school would "steal" them from us. How about a package of both of them and Guenther and 10 million cash to anyone who would take them off our hands.
