Other than a boys reformatory school in Hudson, Ohio, how many sports teams renovate their stadium and then reduce capacity?

Guenther has reduced stadium capacity by about 15,00 seats. Of course, the product on the field during his regime has not necessitated more seats. One can only hope he is retired. One other thought---Why put 90 million in an antiquated building?
