No Spring Football Practice in Chicagoland?
That is what it looks like, there is no mention of a practice in Chicago on fightingillini.com. So what is the reasoning for this?
1) Coach Guenther wants to save money by not spending cash to transport the team and equipment to Chicagoland?
2) Coach Guenther, as usual, doesn't want to market Chicagoland? Great job DIA!
3) The DIA doesn't want Ron Zook and the coaching staff to be booed by fans angry from last season's disaster?
Good job Football Guy!

Game at Oak Park-River Forest on April 11. Looks like you're wrong again. I'm sure you'll put up a post praising Zook an Guenther for keeping this tradition alive, right?
wow, just 10 days to advertise the event, great job DIA!
It's a free scrimmage. What do you want, 2-3 months to run an ad campaign? 10 days is more than enough time.

It's not like we're back in the days of the Pony Express. With the internet, cell phones, etc. ten days is a fricking lifetime!
Hey was there a scrimmage today? FRG's dream come true.
All is well.
