This survey sent by the DIA to season ticket holders is a complete clown show. Among the asinine questions are the following:
"When you arrive in the parking lots, are you greeted in a friendly manner?"
"Do you perceive our team to be active in community service?"
This is nothing more than an attempt by the DIA to justify putting a lousy product on the field, with lousy coaching, while saying "hey, at least our team is a bunch of nice guys!"
