Best case scenario is that we're 8th in the Big Ten.

No excuses from me as Guenther has made a big time mess of the FB program. He had the opportunity to take steps to straighten it out and basically passed on his responsibilities. Time to retire if you aren't interested in doing your job.
As you can see, I have no issue criticizing Guenther when he deserves it. Which is very different from the mindless morons that populate this site.
BTW, I suspect from the rambling and simple minded nature of your post that you fit in well here. Fortunately for you, even an idiot can't miss Guenther's failures with the FB program.

Another reason Kevin is a pencil dick is that he claimed Weber was on the verge of losing his third team in seven. The same team that has won four games in a row, two of them on the road and one of them the 5th ranked.

It was a true statement after the Northwestern game, dumbass. Thank goodness something clicked - not sure if it was Weber or the players-only meeting.
I'm thrilled we're on a winning streak, but let's not get overly optimistic. Three of those four teams are the worst three teams in the conference and the fourth was playing without the Big Ten POY. I credit Weber and co. for exploiting his absence, but remember that if Lucas plays even a half last night Illinois loses by 10 (look at the turnover numbers; it's not really debatable).
The next seven games are going all going to be tough, mentally and physically. I'm very optimistic given the results the last two weeks, but going 2-5 or less is a possibility that shouldn't be dismissed.
Still, I think the team gets into the tournament at around a 10-11 seed and I do credit Weber/Keller/Cole/etc. for salvaging what could have been a disaster, although a 10-11 seed is still below what I or an overwhelming majority of fans projected prior to the season.
I wonder if my negativity has anything to do with being breast-fed by my mother until I was 19 years old.

No, you're supposed to withhold judegement based on a limited sample. Wait till it's apparent that the coaching is a problem, like it is with Zook.
Instead you and frg use a select statistic from a select time frame and make rash judgements. Otherwise you look like a dumb ass, something that doesn't seem to bother frg.

Yes it is and you don't see me declaring the season a success or the team making the NCAA. I'm just pointing out to that the season is not yet in the tank like you and the simple minded one are saying.
