"Another lousy hire by Coach Guenther!"

I noticed that the blogs in regard to our mid major BB coach have dried up recently. On to new and less relevant topics?

Not that I agree with him on this point as it's way too soon to tell on Law. However, along with Zook and Turner that would make three bad hires out of several dozen.

This is a very high success rate and FAR EXCEEDS that of frg in his legal career. And even worse, per his own admission, frg often loses cases where the evidence is in his favor! Maybe frg is trying to distract the world from his own failures?

"I hate attorneys"

Attorneys are merely agents for everyday people with the logic and reasoning skills necessary to navigate the court system.

10,000 attorneys at the bottom of the ocean would lead to anarchy because the vain and catty wishes of greedy everyday people would not have the filter of civil courts.

If you're point about logic and reasoning skills were correct, Detlef would have lasted about a day in the profession.

"10,000 attorneys at the bottom of the ocean would lead to anarchy because the vain and catty wishes of greedy everyday people would not have the filter of civil courts."

Au contraire! I've been on juries before and it's my observation that attorneys facilitate the vain and catty wishes of greedy people. Unfortunately, my time was wasted due to the legal system making nusiance lawsuits profitable for attorneys.

Attorneys frequently become politicians and politicians are mostly attorneys. Another reason to hate attorneys!

JMO, it's unfortunate that there are 10,000 lawyers to put at the bottom of the ocean.

I don't believe there is much logic in the court system. Maybe that's why a 'tard like frg can make a career there.

Which would be true if attorneys took every claim that came to them, or courts allowed every complaint to proceed in litigation. Neither is true, so...

Pretty close to every claim.

If you and frg are examples of the logic and reasoning of the legal profession...color me, not impressed. frg is articulate and his spelling and grammar are good, but his arguments lack basic reasoning skills. His math skills would embarass a middle school student. You grade only slightly higher in these areas.

Au contraire. A bigger hypocrite would be a lawyer who frequently loses cases where the evidence is in his favor, yet criticizes an AD for ANY and EVERY failure.

I can't believe that this is that hard to figure out.

True! Especially considering that the AD is making judgements in advance of events and, therefore, has no "evidence" to help make favorable deceisions.

Basically, frg has the facts given to him and still can't convince a jury!

I'm pretty sure I don't need one as bad as you do. And I know I don't need one as bad as you need some basic math courses.

Then from your posts the only thing I can guess is you're frg's father.

In which case I want to know, how does it feel to have raised such a pathetic dumbass?
